Our water is officially and specifically labeled “natural,” because unlike water from man-made artesian wells, The Mountain Valley Spring Water rises naturally to the surface of the earth where it is bottled – untouched – to this day.

The Mountain Valley Spring Water is sodium free, naturally ionized and rich in minerals. Our water is a unique blend of minerals, providing a clean, crisp, refreshing taste revered by foodies and chefs alike. It was even named the “Best-Tasting Water in the World” – twice – at Berkeley Springs International Water Tasting.

Our water is also highly regarded for its ease on digestion. With a 7.8 ph, the naturally high alkalinity of our spring water helps offset the stress of modern acidic diets.


Keeping it natural also means keeping it pure. We never add sweeteners, preservatives or colorants to our water. Our sparkling water offerings simply include carbonation and natural fruit flavors. Our water undergoes vigorous testing and analysis, which far exceeds the scope of testing required for municipal tap water systems.

We have always preferred bottling in glass for its quality, taste and superior mouth-feel, but we are proud to offer recyclable, BPA-free, green plastic bottles as a convenient, on-the-go alternative.
